Yellow diamonds

Yellow Diamonds

Yellow diamonds make a stunning statement for any piece of jewelry. Canary and Zimmi are two famous types of yellow diamonds. Both are characterized by a very unique saturation. The yellow color can vary immensely, measured on a spectrum of six fancy color grades; Fancy Light Yellow, Fancy Yellow, Fancy Intense Yellow, Fancy Deep, Fancy Dark and Fancy Vivid Yellow. As the intensity of color increases, so does the price of the stone.

Pink Diamonds

Pink Diamonds

With a truly unique and romantic color, Pink diamonds have become incredibly popular, highly valuable and sought after. Scientists are not actually sure how this unique pink color is formed. However since the stone is completely natural and incredibly rare, they make an excellent investment.

Blue Diamonds

Blue Diamonds

Sometimes confused with sapphires or other similar colored stones, the blue diamond is extremely rare and highly valuable diamond. For blue diamonds, the color comes from the chemical boron trapped in the crystal’s structure.

Red Diamonds

Similar to the pink diamond, it is not completely known how the red diamond gets its particular hue, but it’s believed certain elements and deformities causes this bright red color. The red diamond is the most rare diamond, and it’s often bought by investors and collectors as an investment due to its rarity and high demand.

White Diamonds

White Diamonds

The most traditional and popular choice of diamonds are the white or colorless diamonds. White diamonds are completely translucent and incredibly bright stones. White diamond stones are measured on a scale of color from D-Z where D is completely colorless and the most rare and valuable, to Z,(dark yellow tint). For white diamonds, less color means higher value.
